Damaged or faulty merchandise

If the Compact Disc that you receive does not work or you believe it to be faulty, please return it to us at the address below. If we find it to be faulty, we will replace the CD. In addition, for all purchases made online you have a seven day money back guarantee if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Return postage will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.

Package and Posting

Packages for delivery within the Republic of Ireland are charged at €3.00 for postage and packaging.

We aim for your orders to be with you within 2/3 days, however please allow up to 28 days for guaranteed delivery.

We only disclose the final five digits of your credit or switch card number when confirming the order. We have to transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card number during the process of ordering.
