Yes, we have a credit card orderline,
usually staffed during office hours - you may have
to leave a message during the evenings and at
weekends. The

What if my name
is not on the list?
If you see the name you require, but not spelt as you
wish, please order the phonetic equivalent and in the
Gift Message Box space during the order process, please
put in the spelling you require. You can still
write a gift message so long as you make it clear which
is which!

probably coming soon as we are constantly updating

What
age is the CD suitable for?
The CD is suitable for children from birth to about
seven years old. From the moment they’re born children love to
listen to music. Soon, they begin to recognise their
name. As toddlers they’ll begin to understand the
lyrics. And children of all ages will enjoy singing along
to these fabulous original tunes. CD

When
can I expect my CD to arrive once I’ve placed
my order?
Assuming it’s a name
that is already on our list, Silver Balloon aim to
deliver within seven days of receiving your order,
in practice we tend to dispatch within 48 hours by
post.
How
much do you charge for postage and packing?
Packages for delivery within
the UK are charged at €3.00 for package and posting
(regardless of how many CDs you order).
Can my CD’s be gift-wrapped?
Yes, the CDs can be gift-wrapped,
and sent to a different address from the invoice address.
It will cost an additional €4.00 per CD. We can
also include a personal message. To order ‘gift-wrapping’ ,
click on the ‘gift wrap’ option on the
CD order page.
Can I purchase a CD and have
it delivered to another address?
Yes, you will be offered that
option on the order page, but unfortunately it is not
possible to send a personal message unless you have selected
the gift wrap option aswell.

Do I have to pay postage and
packing for each CD ordered if I order more than one?
No, you will only be charged
the €3.00 handling fee once
in each order regardless of how many CDs are ordered
so long as they are all going to the same address.
What if we find the child already
has the CD?
If the child already has the CD we will have to check
our records for when the original purchase was made,
then assuming we can verify that purchase, we will refund
the full price or exchange the CD for another child’s
name if required.
What if the CD will not play?
If the CD will not play, firstly try it on another
player (if you have one), if not then return it to us,
and we will check to see if the CD is faulty. If it is
then we will exchange it for another CD with exactly
the same name.

Who performs on the CD?
The performers are Mathew Priest, Patrick Byrne, Beccy
Byrne, and special guest narrator, the Channel Four newsreader,

Who has written the music
and lyrics on the CD?
The music and lyrics were all written by Mathew Priest
and Patrick Byrne, except for the lyrics on the final
track, ‘Poochki and the Silver Balloon’,
which were written by Kerry Blackburn. If you want to

What if I don’t like
the CD?
We are sure you will love the CD, however for all online
orders you have a seven day money back guarantee if for
any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Due
to the problems of piracy, we cannot refund on any CDs
